The location of the hotel is great, as it is close to downtown and just a short distance from reforma. This makes it convenient for business guests who need to be in the heart of the city. the rooms are spacious and clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. the staff is friendly and has a positive attitude, providing good service to the guests.

The lack of a control remote for the TV in the room is a small inconvenience.

The suite was a good size and clean, perfect for a short city break. The location was key, being close to both downtown and Reforma. It was great to have friendly staff to assist with any requests.

The price was too expensive for the amenities offered. There was no control remote for the TV which was inconvenient.
